Enlightened Buzz was founded in 2015 by Rachel as a one-stop family support and home reset service for families, new parents, small businesses and community groups.

The founder behind the conversation.
Rachel is the founder and owner of Enlightened Buzz. She is a mum and experienced early childhood educator with over 19 years’ experience in early childhood education, plus 16+ years’ house manager/VA experience.
Rachel holds diplomas in Early Childhood Education, Children’s Nutrition and Play Therapy. She has current First Aid training and relevant police and working-with-children screening, including a Queensland Blue Card. These details are Rachel’s individual information only.
Rachel brings a grounded, people-first approach to the service. She listens to what families and clients need, then confirms the practical next steps, service scope and availability.
Independent support
Meet the Team
Enlightened Buzz works with independent subcontractors who provide babysitting, nannying, cleaning, laundry, event and family-support services.
Families may request a preferred sitter where available, but all bookings must be arranged and confirmed through Enlightened Buzz.
