Minimum booking hours?
Babysitting has a 2-hour minimum. Other services are confirmed with Enlightened Buzz.
Travel fees / call-out fee?
Ask us — it depends on your location in the Gold Coast / Brisbane region.
Do you bring your own car seats/restraints?
No — parents supply them. Sitters use their own cars.
Cancellation policy?
The notice period depends on the service booked: 48 hours for babysitting, nannying, cleaning, laundry and creche; 7 days for classes and workshops; 14 days for parties and events; and 30 days for weddings and large events. Any remaining detail, including the applicable refund arrangement, is confirmed with Enlightened Buzz in the booking confirmation. If the business cancels, the applicable refund or alternative arrangement is confirmed with you. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Weather-related arrangements are confirmed with Enlightened Buzz, and these terms do not exclude, restrict or modify rights under Australian Consumer Law.
